Dr Sebastien Farnaud, Science Director
Dr Sebastien Farnaud joined the Dr Hadwen Trust in 2008 following the retirement of Dr Gill Langley who had previously led our science programme for 29 years. Sebastien studied microbiology and biochemistry for his first degrees (Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France) followed by a Masters degree in Biochemistry (Université Paul Sabatier) and a Masters in Molecular Biology (King’s College London (KCL)). In 2000 he gained a doctorate in Molecular Biology at KCL where he has also held Research Fellow and Lecturer posts from 1999 – 2007. Sebastien continues to pursue his research work (without animals) at the School of Biosciences, University of Westminster, London.
